He was predeceased by: his father Delson Horn; his stepfather James Elwood; and his sister Melissa Opper. He is survived by: his mother Hazel Horn; his children, Tara Shaw, Andrew Shaw, Trisha Rose, Timothy Shaw Jr. and Hunter Shaw; his grandchildren, Kaylee, Alaynna, Bella, Alec and Timothy (Trey); and his siblings, Jay Shaw, Faron Shaw, Bryan Horn and Tonya Horn (Cora Lewis).
