James Carter Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Carter of Fort Seneca, Ohio, who passed away on June 20, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Carter and Gertrude Carter (Franks); and his siblings, George Carter, Jr., Gaylord Carter, Gloria Goon, Mary Jane Raypole and Brenda Carter.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Cook of Fort Seneca; his children, Rebecca Harris (Brian) of Tiffin, Jodie Vasquez, Jr. (Angel) of Tiffin, James Carter, Jr. (Jenny) of Pennsylvania, Kevin Carter (Shannon) of Tiffin and Vincent Carter (Kennedy) of South Carolina; and his siblings, Bob Carter (Gloria) of Clyde, Ronnie Grover (Cindy) of Clyde, Michael Carter (Gail) of Clyde, Sharon Carter of Clyde, Kate Renfro of Clyde, Shirley Hall of Clyde and Sue Robertson (Daryl) of Fremont. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
