He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis "Bill" and Dortha Swickard (Murray); and his son Steven Lee Swickard. He is survived by: his spouse Beverly Swickard (Hoffman); his children, Patrick "Pat" Swickard (Juanita) of Alexandria, Ohio and Lisa Swickard of Tiffin; and his grandchildren, Grant Fatzinger of Fort Seneca, Casey Chatzidakis (George) of Toledo, Courtney Walsh (Daniel) of Delaware, Ohio, Amanda Swickard of Atlanta, GA and Jamie Swickard of Alexandria.
Memorial contributions may be made to ProMedica Hospice or to Camp Fearless, the ProMedica Hospice-sponsored camp for children who have lost a close family member.
