She was predeceased by: her stepfather Loren Francisco; and her sister Bonnie Jean Pultz. She is survived by: her husband Keith Burl Hade; her daughters, Alicia Ruiz (Joaquin) of Toledo and Kim Inniger (Paul) of Bluffton; and her siblings, Peter Pultz (Betty) of Jackson, MI, Jim Pultz (Loan) and Diane Peresie of Mechanicsburg, PA.. She is also survived by six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
