He was predeceased by: his parents, Avery Hall and Wanda Hall (Clark); and his brother Breck Dull. He is survived by: his wife Judy A. Keckler; his children, Kerri Harmon (Daniel) of Arlington and Keith Hall of Fostoria; his brother Mark Hall of Findlay; and his grandchildren, Keith Hall Jr., Samantha Hall, Zachary Hall, Bethanny Sammons and Nathaniel Harmon.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic the use of masks will be required along with social distancing.
