With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lucy F. Smith of Fostoria, Ohio, born in Union, South Carolina, who passed away on July 13, 2020 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James Smith; her parents, Eddie Yarbrough and Fannie Jones Yarbrough; and her siblings, Mandy Dillard, Bennie and Spencer Yarbrough.
She is survived by: her sister Fannie R. Martin of Fostoria, Ohio. She is also survived by three step grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
