With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Samuel A. Heath (Fostoria, Ohio), born in Fremont, Ohio, who passed away on April 29, 2020 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Ellsworth and Sarah Ellen Heath (Runion); and his brother James Heath. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Jo (Gregg); his children, Donna Heath of Fostoria, Sandy Stark (John) of Fostoria, Tina Heath of Fostoria, Samuel Heath, Jr. of Fostoria, Amy Bishop of Fostoria and James Heath (Alyssa) of Fostoria; his stepchildren, Cammie Fetro of Fostoria, Dale Fetro of Fostoria, Edward Fetro of Republic, Ronnie Fetro (Carol) of Fostoria and De Ann Lewis of Tiffin; and his siblings, Tim Fish (Janice) of Tiffin, Bonnie Fish of Tiffin, Virginia Michaels (John), Linda Ickes (Bud) of Kansas, OH and Cathy Hill (Chuck) of Findlay. He is also survived by six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, nine step-grandchildren, and 23 step-great-grandchildren.
