Newman of Frankfort, Ohio, born in Waverly, Ohio, who passed away on January 8, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Boonie F. Williams and Idabelle Brooks Williams; and her sister Dorothy "Cookie" Richroath. She is survived by : her children, Susan Lynn Newman of Frankfort and Bob Newman (Karen) of Chillicothe; her niece Teresa Richroath of Mechanicsburg, MD; her nephew Jimmy Cenac (Freda) of Houma, LA; and her close friends, Roy and Fay Hill.
