She was predeceased by : her parents, Samuel E. Ackley and Ruth L. Beckman; her husband Tommy; her sisters, Susan Elaine Ackley and Jamie Ruth Beckman; and her stepsisters, Rose Miley and Cheryl Walters.

She is survived by : her daughters, Tanya Chaney (Mike), Carrie Ford (Chris) and Choncita (Cita Lyn); her grandchildren, Zander, Gracie, Savannah, Skylar and Ariel; her stepgranddaughter Zoe Ford; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Amaya and Amara; and her siblings, Duane Ackley (Polly), Anthony Ackley, Jeanie Mitchell (Tim), Cindy Self (Roma), Janine Schimdt (Steve) and Samuel E. Ackley Jr. (Bubby). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, step grandchildren, and stepsons.

In Lieu of Flowers, the family requests contributions made in her memory to the American Diabetes Association or American Society of Hypertension.
