He was predeceased by : his parents, Betty Lavender (Arthur) and Raymond Lavender of Franklin Furnace, Ohio.. He is survived by : his wife Teresa Lee Lavender (Bost); his children, Nicholas Aaron Lavender (Janelle) of Stout, Garen Phillip Lavender of Franklin Furnace and Halley Lorelle Lavender of Wheelersburg; and also Timothy Wayne Lavender (Cathy) of Piketon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends.
