She is survived by : her children, Leah Balsly (Jerry) of Loveland, OH and Greg Shillinglaw (Joyce) of Franklin, OH; her grandchildren, Emily Burley (Aaron) of Nashville, TN and Kyle Shillinglaw (Ashley) of Reidsville, NC; her great grandchildren, William Daniel Burley and Sophia Grace Burley; and her caregivers, Debbie Doller, Missy Lovely and Carolyn Stone.
