He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Fouts and Marie Fouts; and his brother Roger Fouts. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his daughters, Renee Allen (Michael) and Melissa Key (Ernest); his grandchildren, Jessica, Kaylee, Judson Allen, Steven and Katie Dillard; his brother Chuck Fouts (Joyce); and his sisters-in-law, Susan Comfort and Rose Deck. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
