He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter R. Neff and Agnes Neff (Jankovich). He is survived by: his wife Sherry Neff (Wells) of Middletown; his children, Tara and Bill Sword of Germantown; his sister-in-law Patty Wells; and his pet Tai. He is also survived by numerous other relatives, friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Poasttown First Church of God- Randy Wallace Hall (6376 Germantown Rd, Middletown, OH 45042).
