Janis Muriel Price Obituary
The memory of Janis Muriel Price of Frazeysburg, Ohio, who passed away on October 10, 2025 at the age of 78, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Thomas and Delma Roberta Rhoades (Jeunesse); her siblings, Michael Thomas Rhoades and Margaret Jane Rhoades Brofford; and her brothers-in-law, Brofford, Walt Parkhurst and James "Smokey" Domokos.
She is survived by: her husband Timothy Price; her children, Michael Peck and Kimberly Harrison (John); her stepsons, Adam Price (Crystal) and Aaron Price (Kate); her siblings, Linda Kausek (Dennis), Kathy Parkhurst, Jon Rhoades (Tawnya) and Claris VanDyne (Terry); and her sisters-in-law, Cathy Domokos and Candy Wygle (Mark). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and countless friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brucker and Kishler Funeral Home (985 N 21st St, Newark, OH 43055). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Janis to the Morrison House, 713 Forest Ave., Zanesville, OH 43701.
