He was predeceased by: his parents, Heber W. Spencer and Mary Spencer (Kerr); his son Mark; and his siblings, Harry, Florence Spencer, Margaret Baer and Dorothy Leeper.
He is survived by: his wife Anita Spencer (Greenwald); his grandchildren, Jonathan (Jill), Kyle (Rachel), Christian (Jenna) and Andrew (Sarah); his brothers, Heber K. Spencer (Ellen) and George Spencer; and his brother-in-law John Leeper. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
