With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Julie Lynn Cockrell of Fredericktown, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Julie Lynn left this world on May 29, 2025 at the age of 62, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lewis and Beverly Lewis (Vian); her great grandchild Caleb McGregor; her sister Pamela Carruthers; and her niece Heather Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Cockrell; her daughters, Tamara Wood (Jason), Angela Williams (Matt), Melissa Oakes (Roger Warner) and Michelle Burwell (Jade); her siblings, Peggy Smith (Ed) and Frank Lewis; her stepsiblings, Roberta Harwell, Tonya Kent, Teri Brenkus, Tassi Davis and Todd McKenzie; and her brother-in-law Ron Carruthers. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Snyder Funeral Homes, Flowers Chapel (619 E High St, Mt Vernon, OH 43050). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
