He is survived by : his wife Clara Kopcak of Fremont, OH; his children, Rachel Marie Hudec of Lacarne, OH and Brian Lee Kopcak of Fremont, OH; his parent Betty Kopcak of Fremont, OH; his grandchildren, Dylan, Mariah and Emma; his brother David Kopcak (Sheri) of Fremont, OH; and his pet Chunk.

Memorials can be made in his honor to the American Heart Association.
