Though Kimberly Ann may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Kimberly Ann touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Polk; and her siblings, Kathy Dyar and John Polk. She is survived by: her mother Patricia Polk (Rooks) of Fremont; her brother Tom Polk (Leslie) of Twinsburg; and her nieces, Noelle Calvillo (Caleb) and Aleks Polk.
During the COVID pandemic, Kim moved back to Fremont to be with and care for her mom, Patricia, who shared Kim's love of Jeopardy, and puzzles.
