He was predeceased by : his father Paul Bennett Cantrell, Sr.. He is survived by : his mother Shirley Miller (Rutherford) of Green Springs, OH; and his siblings, Debra Beard (Rick) of Fremont, OH, Rebecca LeJeune (Guy) of Lindsey, OH, Douglas Cantrell (Donavenis) of Sacramento, CA and Michelle Daley (Shaun) of Fremont, OH. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials can be made to the American Heart Association.
