He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence Riegsecker and Irene Riegsecker (Bourn); his wife Sharon M Wagner of Wauseon; his children, Rashelle Conrad (Terry) of Wauseon, Brenda Foster (Bryan) of Wauseon, Randall (Jenny) of Delta, Beth Herman (Terry) of Napoleon and Brian (Emily) of Delta; and his siblings, Sara Strauss, Paul, Dianne Galbraith and Jean Hayward.
Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, all services will be private with burial at Winameg Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be given to the Gideons, Crossroads Evangelical Church, or LifeWise Academy.
