He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Eppley and Mary Lou Eppley; and his son John Thomas Eppley. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Eppley (Oyster); his children, Patricia Larsen (Levi) and David T. Eppley; his granddaughters, Ivell and Rowan Larsen; his sister Nancy Shaw (Fred); his cousin William Eppley (Bill); his brother David Lee Eppley; and his cousins, Marvin Eppley and Raymond Thompson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Muskingum County Community Foundation to establish a scholarship in Paul Thomas Eppley's name.
