He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Ralph Gillilan and Alice Gillilan (Price); his wife Anne Tartal; his children, Nancy, James Jr., Joseph, Sally Taylor, Charles, Paul and Kenneth; his grandchildren, Brittany, Brian, Leeanna, Brandy, Nicholas, Alexandria, Morgan and Katherine; his great grandchildren, Gabriella, Felix, Alexa, Braxton and Camden; and his sisters, Judy Adkins and Sharon DeLong. He was also cherished by brothers-in-law, devoted sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, dear friends.
