She is survived by: her sons, Kyle Van Horn (Amy) and Blair Van Horn; her stepdaughters, Lori Newman (Jeff Stockton) and Dr. Shauna Mazique (Keith); her grandson Keegan Van Horn; her stepgrandchildren, Darby Nicely (Ben), Laryn Newman (Travis Copeland), Ja'leese Castro (CJ Upton), Isaac Newman (Taylor), Bralen Mazique, Lovie Mazique and Hayes Mazique; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Lincoln Newman, Eleanor Newman, Liam Nicely and Theo Nicely; and her siblings, Barbara Hanzlik (Frank), Sandra Marinics, Harold "Butch" Baer (Karen) and Lisa Phillips (Russ). She is also survived by several nephews and a niece.
