She is survived by: her daughter Lee Ann Horn (Todd) of Galion; her grandchildren, Taylor Horn (John Poffenbaugh) and Braeden Horn; her sister Phyllis Stratton (Stanley) of Betsy Lane, Kentucky; her half-sister Billajean Fife of Delaware; and her sister-in-law Gail Taylor of Dana, Kentucky..
