He is survived by: his parents, Jason Weaver and Kristina Weaver (Montgomery); his brothers, Easton and Waylon; his grandparents, Patrick and Sandy Weaver; his uncle Erik Weaver; his grandmother Rebecca Montgomery; his aunt Amanda; and his uncles, Kyle Thompson, Cody Montgomery (Morgan Bailey) and Christopher Montgomery II.
