With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carolyn Elaine (Prosser) Ramsey (Galion, Ohio), who passed away on May 15, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Marion and Bertha Prosser; her children, Charles and Danielle; her niece Rikki Lynn Bowman; and her mother Patricia Ann Daniels Prosser.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Ramsey; her children, Rodney Ramsey (Sherry), Tina Angus (Brian) and Nicholas Ramsey (Jill); her grandchildren, Aaron Ramsey (Shayna), Jacob Ramsey (Summer), Cpt. Sydnee Ramsey and Parker Ramsey; her great grandchildren, AJ and Reese; and her siblings, Willie Bowman, Brenda Samples (Bruce), Rick Bowman (Diana), Judy Hickman (Bob), David McPhail and Ryan Bowman (Stephanie). She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
