She was predeceased by: her parents, David Stephens and Susie Ellen Stephens (Harvey). She is survived by: her children, Jody Montgomery (Scott) of Plymouth and Frank Ivy (Erin) of Galion; her grandchildren, Wyatt, Lukas, Camryn Montgomery, Alexis Kasson (Alex) and Jaden Ivy; her great grandchild Silas Kasson; her brothers, David Stephens (Marie) of Plymouth, Michael Stephens (Nancy) of Shiloh, Ronald Stephens (Kim) of Celeryville, Robert Stephens (Susie) of Shelby and Larry Stephens of Mansfield; and her niece Christina Whittington of Plymouth. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
