He is survived by: his parents, Clarissa Scheffler Slater and Zachary Slater; his grandparents, Randall "Randy", Laura "Laurie" Scheffler, Myron "Mike" Jr. and Linda Slater; his aunts, Adrienne and Kayla Slater; his uncle Brock Kemery; his great-grandparents, Ernest "Ernie", Patricia "Pat" Teynor, Myron "Mike" Sr. and Karen Slater; Cedric and Addison.
