He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd O Montgomery and Mable Heater Montgomery; his son James Edward Montgomery; and his sisters, Patricia Hart and Leola Nardelli.
He is survived by: his wife Beulah Montgomery (Roberts); his daughters, Velda Montgomery and Rhonda Williams (Ken); his grandsons, Kevin Wagoner (Tracy) and Carl Montgomery (Brenna); and his stepgrandchildren, Leah Wesley (Josh) and Aaron Williams.
