She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Shank and Mable Shank (Achor); and her siblings, Glenna Jean Cravens, Betty Metzger, Mary Schmidt, Ruth Schmidt, Wanda Dixon and Forest Bud Shank.
She is survived by: her grandson Jeff Collins II; her son Jeff Collins (Rose) of Galion; her brothers, Donnie Shank of Blanchester and Lewis Shank (Delores) of Florissant, Missouri; and her grandson Lieutenant Jeff Collins II. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
