She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis B. Queen and Mildred Queen (Light); her son Dede Forshaw; her grandsons, Eric Cozad, Aaron "Scoby" Cozad and Kyle Forshaw; and her siblings, Junior, Bill, Jack, Ted, Sonny, Anna Marie and Marily Jean.
She is survived by: her stepfather Toddy Stahl; her daughters, Paulette "Skip" James (Gerald) and Trudy Wood (Shan); her grandchildren, Shawn, Renee, Brian Wood and Cory Forshaw; and her great grandchildren, Zachary, Paige Shafear Wood, Olivia, Elizabeth, Dylan, Joshua Wood, Kylee James and Kyla Forshaw.
Memorial contributions may be made to Lowe-Volk Park, in care of the funeral home.
