He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul and Elesha (Baker); his wife Deanna Haynes; and his son Brian Harris. He is survived by: his children, Tamra Dowell (Verlon) of Galion, James Baker (Shannon) of Lexington, Cynthia Bowlin (Steve) of Galion, Ken Baker (Pete McElearney) of Charlotte and Tonya Yeater (Bryan) of Lexington; and his brother Russell Baker (Lena) of Elizabethtown, PA. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
