He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Booth and Evelyn Booth (Sargel); his brother Douglas Booth; his brother-in-law Kenneth Kincaid Jr.; and his nephew Adam Sullivan.
He is survived by: his children, Natasha Anderson of Winston-Salem, NC, Steven Booth, Sarah O'Dell (Kyle) and U. K.; and his siblings, Marcia Woodward (Charles), Jeannine Baer (Ted), Cheryl Kincaid, Karen Kincaid (David), Faron Booth (Debbi), Marion and Yvonne Muñoz-Paredes (Mario). He is also survived by three grandsons; two granddaughters; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.
