She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy O. Eichhorn and Inez E. Eichhorn; her husband Allen E. Conklin; and her brothers, Lester, Lowell and LaVern Eichhorn.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Conklin (Katie) of Westerville, Twila Hiatt (Dan), Teresa Perkey (Jim), Trudy DeWitt (Rich) and Doug Conklin (Cathy); and her grandchildren, Brendan Conklin (Jessica), Don Hiatt (Julie), Jon Hiatt (Liz), Jason Perkey (Ellen), Chris Perkey (Rachel), Krystal Grossi (Matt), Glenn DeWitt (Kim) and Brian Conklin (Rebecca). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and one on-the-way; and four great-great-grandchildren.
