She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward M. Jack and Irene M. Jack (Gutherie); her spouse Vando William "Bill" Betti; her son-in-law Larry Smith; and her siblings, James Jack and Audrey Jack.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jacqueline Smith (Danny Gregory), Irene Morris, Terry Betti-Parker and Lorraine Treisch (Maurice Melton); her sister Pauline Lendyak (Ronald) of Cowansville, PA; her grandchildren, Christopher Morris (Nikki Rarrick), Gina Fife, Shelby, LeAnn Treisch (Dustin Parrella), Lexington, Adam Parker (Ashli Casey) and Georgia; and her great grandchildren, Penelope Morris, Alexandria Morris, Emmily McClure, Richard Rarrick, Michael Rarrick, Hailey Fife, Ashton Fife, Blake Fife, Payton Fife, Summer Branham, Dominic Parrella, Whitnee Parker, Abigail Parker and Sadie Parker. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
