She was predeceased by: her parents, Carmi Worthington and Mary Gallagher Worthington; and her sister Shirley Bissell of Shelby Ohio. She is survived by: her spouse Buel Clark; her sister Janet Valentyn (Robert) of Medford Massachusetts; and her children, James Clark (Anne Denise) of Gambrills Maryland, Krista Clark of Jacksonville Florida, Lisa Boulden of Lexington Ohio and Joseph Clark (Kim) of Mansfield.
