He was predeceased by: his wife Dawn Rendlen; and his siblings, Janet Doebel and Tom Purdham. He is survived by: his sons, Adam Purdham of Bellevue, Eric Purdham of Fremont and Garrett Purdham (Alyssa) of Clyde; his grandchildren, Xavior, Baileigh, Jacob, Landon and Caroline; and his siblings, Mary Miller (William) of Fremont, John Purdham of West Virginia and Carl Purdham (Evie) of Colorado.
