He was predeceased by : his wife Dawn Rendlen; and his siblings, Janet Doebel and Tom Purdham. He is survived by : his sons, Adam Purdham of Bellevue, Eric Purdham of Fremont and Garrett Purdham (Alyssa) of Clyde; his grandchildren, Xavior, Baileigh, Jacob, Landon and Caroline; and his siblings, Mary Miller (William) of Fremont, John Purdham of West Virginia and Carl Purdham (Evie) of Colorado.

Memorials may be made to Purdham's Posse, the charity to assist Eric Purdham in his heart health issues.
