He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Edward and Nora Osborne (Muncy); and his siblings, Edward Osborne and Elizabeth Prater. He is survived by: his wife Lois E. Osborne (Lyons); his sons, Daniel Osborne (Dawna) of Reynoldsburg and Joseph Osborne (Suzi Lykins) of Shelby; his grandchildren, Colton, Grayson, Aiden, Finley, Olivia, Lauren Osborne and Tyler Lykins; and his siblings, Margaret Howard (James) of Shelby and Joetta Levering of Marion. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
