He was predeceased by: his brother Shawn Smith; and his grandparents, Tony Taylor, Barbara Taylor and Esther Smith. He is survived by: his parents, Katie Daniels and Kevin Smith; his children, Noah Taylor and Briley Jones; his siblings, Michael Burlingame, Travis Smith, Ashley Smith and Heather Smith; his aunt Betsy Cheeseman (Mike); and his uncles, Mark Taylor (Kathy) and Tony Taylor (Nancy). He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
