He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Hayes. He is survived by: his wife Ardell Hayes; his daughters, Caryl Hayes Wodicka and Sheryl Hayes; his grandchildren, Nicholas Wodicka and Holly Wodicka; his great grandchildren, Landon and Thomas; and his siblings, Richard Hayes and Laura Trump (Hayes). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Earl Hayes returned to his heavenly home on August 20, 2018 after a valiant battle with Alzheimer's.
