He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Lou; and his siblings, Bill Cochran and Elaine Hart (Wes). He is survived by: his children, Sharon Haley (Scott), Michelle Faust (John Members) and Sue Hubbell (Bob); his grandchildren, David Haley Jr. (Bailey), Courtney Haley, Tyler Faust (Stephanie) and Lauren Murphy (Gerald); and his sister-in-law Eleanor. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
