The passing of Lawrence R. Sterpka Jr. of Garrettsville, Ohio leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on June 15, 2025 at the age of 76. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence and Mary Sterpka, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Betty Sterpka; his daughter Nichole (James); his granddaughters, Brooke McInnes, Alexis McInnes and Reaya McInnes; his great grandchild Dahmir McInnes; his siblings, Marty Sterpka (Lori), Tom Sterpka (Dorinda), Mary Sterpka-Delaney, Anne McManus (Tim), Chris Collins (Thomas) and Irene Bragg (Ken); and his grandchildren, Chloee Gostlin, Donald Gostlin, Talia Wilmoth and Macee Wilmoth. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Carlson Funeral Homes - Garrettsville (8382 Center St, Garrettsville, OH 44231). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Cemetery Windham-Parkman Rd.
