He was predeceased by: his sons, David S. Adams and Steve H. Adams; his father Paul; and his sister Shelley Jansen. He is survived by: his daughter Bo Lynn Adams; his mother Dixie-Lee Adams Treadwell; his siblings, Gene Adams (Becki), Scott Adams (Kathy), Rhonda Wynn and Paula Baker (Brad); and his brother-in-law Charles Jansen.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sly Family Funeral Home (15670 W High St, Middlefield, OH 44062). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
