He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Kathy and Terri; his wife Penny; his children, Larry Shepherd (Rachel), Brad Shepherd (Malory), D. J. Lewis, Joanna Meeks and Margaret Colburn; his siblings, Roy, Roger, Johnny, Carl, Billy, Jean, Katy, Deb and Kathy; and his granddaughter Skylar Lewis. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
