He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Michael Despones, Jr. (Michelle), Vickie Schneider (Randy), Shelley Harder (Mike), Brent Despones (Laurie) and Melissa Keaton (Gene); and his siblings, Dennis Despones (Ruth), Frank Despones (Gale) and Pam Jensen. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
