She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Etten and Mary Van Etten (Bodi); her husband Dave Johnson; and her siblings, Phillip, Jim Van Etten and Marilyn St. Marie.

She is survived by: her children, Tom Taviano (Shirley) and Jennifer Belsky (Mike Bain); her great grandchild Kennedy Ann; and her brother Dan Van Etten (Earleen). She is also survived by four grandchildren.
