He is survived by: his spouse Ethel Mae (Chandler); his children, Dennis Vogtsberger (Linda) and Kay Laugerman (John); his children-in-law, Carolyn Vogtsberger and Richard Phillips (Jane); and his grandchildren, Carrie, Matthew, Kelly, Jessica, Jennifer, Kim, Brad, Brian, Theresa, Shannon and Brooke. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren, one great-great granddaughter and one great grandson.
