She is survived by: her significant other Joseph Fletcher of Genoa; her sons, Jeremy Zunk of Toledo, Jayme Zunk (Tina Sweet) of Clay Center and Daniel Zunk of Genoa; her grandchildren, Samantha, Autumn and Michael; and her siblings, David Kozina (Karen) of Oregon, Mark Kozina (Vickie) of Nashville, TN and Aeleen Heilman (Matthew) of Toledo.
