She was predeceased by: her children, Charlotte Ann Niefer and Mark W. Niefer. She is survived by: her spouse Charles Philip Niefer; her son John Niefer (Vicki); her grandchildren, Sarah Reinhard (Robert), Abbey Niefer (Sean Maroney), Nathan Niefer (April), Jenna Niefer and Sam Niefer; and her sister Barb O'Donnell (Jim).
