It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William P. Cashen (Genoa, Ohio), born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on January 21, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul W. Cashen and Gladeen N. Cashen (Shank); his wife Joanne C. Diefenthaler; his grandson Nick Lang; and his stepson Mike Kontak.
He is survived by: his children, Paul Cashen (Peggy), Cathy Lang (Mike) and Nancy Sabin (Steve); his stepchildren, Kathy Gains (Terry), Becky Mancinotti (Paul), Mark Kontak (Jan), Kay Egert (Dave), Brenda Idhe (Mark) and Kelly Meeker (John); and his sister Mary Ann Cashen. He is also survived by four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; 20 step-grandchildren; 25 step-great-grandchildren.
